Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping where available.

How do the moving-eye masks work?

Control method depends on the selected product and version. Available options can include chin control, ring control, or ring-control battle mode. Choose the version shown on the product page before adding it to cart.

How does the Web Shooter bundle discount work?

When you add one Web Shooter with an eligible mask bundle, the Web Shooter discount is applied automatically: 30% off with 1 mask, 40% off with 2 masks, and 45% off with 3 masks.

What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional $6.99 add-on for extra coverage against damage or loss during transit. Only one Shipping Protection can be added per order.

Can I return an item?
